Customer Care Representative Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester, GL2 2AQ Salary: £14,500 - 16,000, DOE (additional shift allowances depending on hours) Contract: Full time, Permanent The Team We are the market leader in the UK for outsourced contact centre and administration solutions for the fleet and automotive industry. The Role As a Customer Care Representative, your role will be to support the needs of company car, van & HGV drivers across the UK. This will include the following activities (which may vary from time to time depending on which teams you work within): * Receiving and making telephone calls * Handling vehicle related enquiries * Making arrangements on behalf of customers for Service, MOT & Repair * Dealing with emergency situations such as Breakdowns or Accidents * Management of various work through to successful completion * Liaising with other Customer teams to support company car driver needs You will become an expert in understanding vehicle related enquiries, customer specific requirements and solution focused thinking to deliver the best customer service experience. No previous experience is needed, just the right attitude! The Person In order to be successful in the role you must: * Have a positive approach, care about people and love talking to customers * You must be self-motivated * Have a strong work ethic * Believe in being part of a team * You will be confident, polite and a friendly phone manner is essential * You must be solution focused, with the ability to problem solve * Be able to cope with occasional complex or pressured situations * You will need to be able to use a computer * You will be a good communicator, with a competent level of written and oral skills * You will also need to be security cleared prior to working on certain contracts, which will require a clean background.
