CUSTOMER ADVISOR. Peterlee. £14,250 - £16,000 basic + bonus (up to £250 per month. Permanent role. A fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's biggest names within the motor insurance industry. Working on incoming calls, you will talk to the client about their recent motor accident in order to work out if the accident was their fault or the fault of a third party. You can help arrange to have their car repaired, arrange a courtesy car for them and point them in the right direction if they need to make a personal injury claim. The basic salary for this role is between £14,250 and £16,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and there is a very achievable bonus scheme, based on realistic targets. On average, advisors earn between £60 and £250 a month in bonus, with top performers earning even more!. You will also receive 22 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays and this increases with service), reduced gym membership, a Friends of Dalton Park discount card and 20% Vodaphone discount. Free parking and full canteen service are available on site too!. Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 7am and 9.30pm. You should expect to work up to two weekends per month, with alternative days off given during the week. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO APPLY?. You must be able to pass CRB check also be a holder of a Full UK Driving licence (although we will consider applicants who have passed their Theory Test and have not yet sat the practical). You must possess some form of Customer Service experience, although this does not have to be from a Call Centre background.
