Job description:
Customer Adviser £16,470 - £17,384 + unsocial hours pay + benefits Cardiff Shift Pattern: Flextra. You’ll work 30 – 40 hours per week. Your shifts will be set between Monday to Sunday, 8am – 10pm over 5 working days. Your shifts will be between 4 – 10 hours and you’ll work a maximum of 45% weekend days per 8 weeks. Start date: 25/04/2016 As our customers’ first point of contact, you’ll be there to listen to their questions, provide the best answers, and offer clear, jargon-free support over the phone. Their questions will be as varied as their personalities. You’ll help them to understand products and services, and make use of them - from transferring money, to setting up standing orders. Our customers are important to us and by listening to what they need you’ll be an important member of our team. In short, you’ll have a role that matters. You’ll enjoy some fantastic benefits too.
