One of the UKs largest car park operators is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to provide support to their Marketing team at their London head offices. This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 2 month period and will pay circa £13.26 per hour. The CRM Marketing Executive will assist in the delivery of email marketing campaigns for the organisation and its key partners. Duties include:. `` The creation of email campaigns and deployment through their current ESP Dotmailer. `` Working with their design agency and existing template and content library to fully create and deploy email sends. `` Customer data manipulation / segmentation for the creation of targeting customer audience lists. `` Set-up of SMS campaigns. `` Manage full end to end production process for email campaigns from content, data, production, QA, deployment, reporting and optimisation through the Dotmailer platform. `` Content, copy & subject line creation for email. `` Email design using Dotmailer existing email templates and modules. Also, working with creative agency to create bespoke campaign designs or optimise existing templates. `` Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all email campaigns meet brand guidelines, TOV and are in line with the marketing strategy. `` The role will also assist with the set-up and testing of system emails for two internal platforms. `` Extract data directly from the pre-book system and uploading into Dotmailer for targeting. `` Work with Senior CRM Campaign Manager to manage monthly campaign plan for email to cover key events. `` Work with product and pricing team and brief them to set-up email promo codes. `` Liaise with Operations/Sales/Legal/Commercial /CCC and other areas to receive and clarify email campaign briefs. `` Work with Senior CRM campaign manager to implement campaign automation and creation of new customer journey communications. `` Investigate opportunities and provide ideas for new, and improvements to existing CRM campaigns. The ideal CRM Marketing Executive will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:. `` Experience of ESP platforms (ideally Dotmailer), campaign management, working creative agencies and the creation of email campaigns from inception through to deployment. `` Degree qualified or equivalent - marketing or related subject desirable. `` High competency in using Dotmailer or similar ESP platform. `` Email and SMS marketing experience. `` Solid understanding of email and CRM principles. `` Experience of coordinating activities across multiple campaigns and projects. `` Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing activity. `` Excellent copywriting and proofing experience. `` Demonstrate a creative flair and understanding for email design. `` HTML, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
