CRM Digital Solutions Manager. We seek a CRM Digital Solutions Manager to be the group expert on CRM Technology & Architecture. Sat within the Digital Innovation and Architecture team it will be to develop the architecture for the development of our CRM (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc) that will support our aspiration to have customer centric systems. The other main focus of the CRM Digital Solutions Manager role is:. • Provide functional support to the Customer Function key leaders within Corporate and the 34 operational businesses. • To develop roadmaps with operational countries that will evolve their CRM capability and help them to exploit value from CRM functionality. • To develop a good understanding of the current state of CRM functionality across key Belron countries, and document the current situation. • To develop a generic group wide roadmap for CRM functionality and its exploitation, and continually maintain the roadmap in light of new external development. • To support the Omnichannel Best Practice Manager with the development of an appropriate approach to delivering a seamless omnichannel experience for our customers. • Develop and implement proof of concept or prototype application to gain traction and understanding across the business units. • To provide expert advice and coaching to the business unit executives with IT responsibility in the relevant countries, focusing on how technology can help them improve their customer experience and ongoing customer relationships. • Work with the countries to help them develop their own local roadmap relating to CRM, taking into account best practice identified within the group. • Act as a project coach for the technical and functional elements of the projects that include CRM and related functionality.
