Job title: CRM Architect/Consultant   Job type: 2135 IT business analysts, architects and systems designers   Summary of job description:    CRM Architect is required to work on CRM transformation programme, with significant change initiatives to IT infrastructure, optimising business in terms of all things digital & mobile. Integral part of the team and responsible for the delivery of CRM solution using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Open Source solutions. Support clients during all stages of a CRM implementation or review Key involvement in developing the functionality within CRM Stack of solutions.      Key skills: * Enterprise Application Integration across multiple technologies/platforms and web architectures.  * Understanding of Enterprise Architecture trends and initiatives (SOA, Cloud, In-Memory process).  * Expertise in Salesforce, VTiger, Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics. * Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.  * Expertise in CRM License models and handling produce or service vendors. * Knowledge of latest technology trends and expertise and to select tools and technologies suitable for programme with optimum cost. * TOGAF certified  * Project Management certified ( PMP or Price II ) * Experience in handling offshore and onsite teams and stakeholders  * Team player with ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery and operations. * Experience in Manufacturing domain preferential.  

Minimum salary: 40000

Maximum salary: 50000
