Essential Job Functions. Underwrite all deals for Dragonfly Finance (property Finance) in line with the credit policy. The specific roles include:. - Handle broker calls on specific cases under review. - Make AIP Decisions for sales and support to communicate to brokers. - Credit Review: Decisions on Deals/ Update Pipeline/Request further info on case. - Offer and Instruct: Produce Offer/ Send Solicitors Instructions. - Solicitors Process: Liaise with Solicitors/ Broker Discussion/ Notify Finance/ Pipeline Update. - Completion: Instruct Asset Manager/Present case to CEO. - Redemption: Update Log/ Liaise with Solicitors. - Approve certain transactions.
