Creative Assistant to a Director – London – Fantastic Event Caterer Salary: Excellent package We are looking for a Creative Assistant to join vibrant and successful Event Caterer in London! General Responsibilities To respond to enquiries and liaising with our clients To produce proposals and quotes as required To liaise with the client, organise the delivery To endeavour to maximise the conversion rate of enquiries into orders To visit venues pre order when required to liaise with clients To book chef and waiting staff requirements for events To hire equipment required for the events To write up event briefs for events you handle and communicate these to relevant parties To carry out post event de-briefs To chase for equipment recovery if required To secure deposit payments and calculate client invoice (post event) To try to procure client feedback for each event Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills An interest in food, food trends and cooking Social media savvy & comfortable with Microsoft Office software Experience in delivering professional hospitality Interested in this role?
