Conveyancing Assistant Experienced residential conveyancing assistant required to work for one fee earner with a high work load at a reputable local firm. Forming a team of three, the candidate will be working alongside a full time secretary with this role covering work relevant to the conveyancing process. It is therefore essential that you have experience of the residential conveyancing process. Salary dependant on experience. It is expected that you will possess at least the following attributes:- • To be able to provide excellent customer service to clients, estate agents and any other parties involved; • To be able to provide updates to clients and all involved; • To be able to use your own initiative to update clients and all involved; • To be able to prepare timely and accurate contract papers; • To be able to undertake OS1 and bankruptcy searches; • To be able to prepare SDLT documentation; • To be able to review and draft replies to additional enquiries and where appropriate to request additional information from third parties; • To be able to prepare accurate bills and completion statements; and • To be able to handle post-completion work and be able to take conduct of completion day procedures.  If you think you have what it takes, please email your CV and covering letter to
