This successful multi-trade contracts company specialise in the planned maintenance and regeneration of housing. Having established themselves as the number 1 contractor in the region through their quality and depth of clientele, the building specialists are looking for an experienced contracts manager to help grow and advance their remarkable reputation. In this key role you will be travelling in between offices, liaising with clients and suppliers in order to co-ordinate the allocation of staff and other costs to the project. You will be responsible for multiple projects, managing resources, labour and materials, performing site visits and reporting to the divisional manager. The ideal candidate will be a skilled contract manager and have the qualifications to back that up. They will have facilities management experience, alongside an inspired approach to challenging projects to be able to cope with the demand of high profile assignments and meet their quality expectations. The successful candidate will be able to develop the role around their strengths and in return the company will provide complementary training and progression into higher management positions.
