This role will oversee the delivery of a global HR programme through the management of scope, issues and risks, dependencies and communications. Responsibilties Ownership and responsibility for the payroll and HRIS project and its successful delivery Maintain the motivation within the project and supports the members of the project teams in every way possible to ensure success Understand the project objectives and those of the wide business and ensures the members of the project are fully aware of why they are doing what they have been asked to achieve Excellent stakeholder management - negotiates with stakeholders to agree the best approach to deliver the greatest value for the organisation Shapes the projects organisation structure and continually monitors to ensure that the project has the resources needed to deliver against its commitments Skills & Experience Extensive experience in delivering complex enterprise level business systems Experience of working with business stakeholders across all levels and be able to effectively manage 3rd parties Experience of change management and system adoption techniques Experience of Agile Experience of working on an HRIS/Payroll based project would be preferable but not essential This is a great opportunity to join a well-known business on a high profile stream of work where there is never a shortage of new and exciting projects!
