Your New Company Our client is a prominent Financial Services Organisation based in London on the search for a Contact & Communications Project Manager to sit within the Premier, Savings and Investments team. Your new role In your new role you will be developing a customer engagement and contact strategy for premier customers, and you will be delivering a market leading end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels. You will have the opportunity to explore opportunity to test and develop new communications channels and you will be engaging colleagues and embed a customer centric culture across the business. In your new role you will be creating and delivering a holistic communications channel strategy to ensure customer maintain a positive connection with the premier brand and receive timely communications through appropriate channels while also using emotionally effective communications to engage and influence customer behaviour. You will be ensuring communications across all channels have a positive impact upon customer satisfaction while also identifying, evaluating and delivering innovative communications opportunity to drive improved levels of customer experience and engagement and business benefit. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience within a similar role within Financial Services is required, and experience in stakeholder management is preferable. Ideally your background will be delivering communications within Premier banking or Investment organisation and you will have experience with customer engagement. What you'll get in return You will be offered a day rate of up to £600 per day depending on experience.
