NHS TAYSIDE CONSULTANT CARDIOLOGIST WITH AN INTEREST IN CARDIAC IMAGING An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Consultant Cardiologist to join a well established cardiology team within NHS Tayside. You will join a cohesive group of 11 Cardiologists within Tayside which provides a full range of invasive and non-invasive services including elective and emergency PCI, cardiac imaging and permanent pacemaker and device implantation. This appointment will support the provision of a Tayside wide regional cardiology service, providing cardiology support for the Coronary Care Unit, Cardiology Wards and outpatients. You will also join the non-interventional cardiology on call rota (currently 1 in 5) covering acute cardiology in Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary. Candidates should possess MRCP and be on the GMC Specialist Register or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of CCT or CESR (CP) at the time of interview for the post.
