Operating within a global asset management and private equity firm, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to step up into a wide ranging and fast paced compliance role and to make a real impact within the business. As part of a small but highly professional team this varied role will encapsulate strategic planning, internal consulting and day to day compliance responsibilities. You will assist with providing regulatory guidance to the business; have input into not only UK compliance projects, but also EU and potentially global projects; conduct compliance testing, monitoring and risk assessments, support regulatory reporting and also develop and implement regulatory processes and procedures. Strong working knowledge of the FCA handbook, fund compliance experience, drive and ambition will all be necessary for this role, as well as excellent communication skills, a professional manner and attention to detail.
