To. assist in the investigation, resolution and response to complaints in line with. Adults & Communities complaints policy, including Ombudsman enquiries. Develop. and maintain robust systems for recording and monitoring compliments,. complaints and Member Enquiries. Contribute. to the improvement of services to customers and performance across Adults. To be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recording of. all complaints data and ensuring that acknowledgements and responses are made. as appropriate and within timescales. To provide clear and open communication with complainants and. service users over the telephone; remaining customer focused, sensitive and. impartial. Production of written correspondence and updates. Provide a comprehensive complaints monitoring service. Develop and. maintain systems to monitor performance to ensure continual improvements. Provide advice to departments on complaint procedures. Liaise with internal and external departments to aid in the. resolution of complaints. Produce monitoring and complaint management data as required. To ensure that complaints about external provider agencies are. recorded, referred as required under the statutory procedure and monitored and. to advise senior management on any service issues arising.
