Community Service Manager for Learning Disabilities Services We currently have a fantastic new job opportunity come available for a Community Service Manager to work in the Central Bedfordshire Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Manager to work for a company which has an excellent reputation in the UK and is highly dedicated in proving the highest standards of care to all residents within their care. The organisation provides support to people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism who live in a range of supported living accommodations. The successful candidate for this role will be paid a competitive salary of GBP 32,000 per annum and will be working full time hours. With the support of the Operations Manager you will recruit and develop a team of Senior and Support Workers and be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of the service, leading a skilled staff team to support individuals to move into their own newly refurbished self:contained accommodation and to discover their own place in the community and live the life they choose. You will have a good understanding of Autism Spectrum and associated conditions and be able to demonstrate that you have the confidence, skills and experience of working with complex individuals. You will ideally have achieved or are working towards a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or hold equivalent qualifications, E.g. Both NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management in Care Services (LMCS). Reference ID: 936
