The successful candidate will be required to perform vehicle damage repairs as per the following job specification, and will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas: 1 Paintwork on accident damage and corrosion repairs, new vehicle painting, vehicle component painting and refurbishment 2 Ability to strip and rebuild vehicles prior to and after painting, including removing and refitting panels, other bodywork and parts 3 Some minor bodywork repairs, such as smoothing out minor dents in panels, filling holes or rusted areas and fitting new (bolt on) panels where the damage is too great for repair 4 Removing old paintwork, sealant and rust, cleaning the repair area and masking off other parts 5 Priming and spray painting the area, colour tinting and matching as necessary 6 Sealing and waxing the repair 7 The use of a Du-pont paint system would be advantageous but not essential as full training can be provided as required.
