Clinical Services Manager Wanted For Leading Private Hospital in Cardiff! Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Depending on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 but depending on hospital needs job role will require staying additional hours and being on call *Must have valid NMC Pin*Our Client:Our client is a low secure hospital providing multidisciplinary care for adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability, who may also present mental illness, personality disorder and an autistic spectrum condition. Treatment programmes aim to reduce the presenting mental health issues and offending behaviours in a low secure setting, where risk can be managed and reduced in order to allow service users to step down into less restrictive environments.The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clients existing team, as part of the Senior Management Team. You will be required to deputise for the Hospital Director in their absence.You will be motivated to work in a service that offers involvement and empowerment for service users, contributing to the development and enhancement of nursing services at site.
