They have 25 consulting rooms, six main theatres and two minor theatres, and a seven bedded Intensive Care Unit Job Role We are looking for an inspirational leader to work alongside the Matron in driving our client's success by improving existing services. Your goal will be to achieve clinical compliance and high quality personalised care whilst supporting the development of new and exciting services. This position offers a valuable opportunity to enhance your existing clinical skill set to develop further expertise in driving excellence with commercialism, leadership and excellent inter-personal skills. The inpatient ward provides high quality care to both adult and paediatric patients undergoing a range of complex surgical procedures, covering specialities such as gynaecology, urology, orthopaedics, oesophago-gastric, cardiothoracic, ophthalmic, general surgery Oncology and other complex medical needs. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day delivery of clinical services and facilitating Heads of Department in clinical governance activities. You would be required to participate in the senior management on call rota and you will deputise for the Matron in their absence. This post is full time with some flexibility in working hours.
