Clinical nurse leader - £16 an hour, Full-time, Days and nights, North Belfast Hours: 36 hours or 48 hours per week. You can decide. The home is designed to meet the needs of older people with a comfortable lounge, beach style cafe, a fabulous bar and a secret indoor garden, where residents can enjoy soothing music. The attractive enclosed gardens and patio provide residents with a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Role: To provide leadership and support for care staff and lead by example You will be a qualified and experienced RGN who has a proven track record and a passion for leading a dedicated team To maintain skills and knowledge and ensure that care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practice evidence available Ensure the on-going safety of residents, staff and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used .
