Our client, a market leading International law firm, situated in a particularly sought after area of London are looking to hire a Facilities Supervisor to run the client services division. This role will report into the Head of Facilities and primarily focus on improving the internal service provided to all levels of staff within the London office.  Typical duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for the implementation of Client Service desk and meeting room coordination procedures to ensure prompt scheduling and prioritising, ensuring regular contact with FoH division and IT teams for room setups Logging queries/requests such as air conditioning, machine breakdowns, security cards, business cards, general building maintenance issues are responded to quickly, efficiently, prioritised correctly and ensuring appropriate timescale is agreed, following up on any outstanding matters and ensuring regular feedback is taken · Constant liaison with hard and soft service vendors regarding any maintenance or repair issues, supervising any associated expenditure · Regular meeting with facilities team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the office building in keeping with the firms’ requirement for a first class presentation at all times · Monitor and oversee courier usage, Car Fleet/AA insurance queries/additions/removals · Carry out line management duties, resolving internal team issues, keeping up to date records of holiday/absence and arranging necessary cover  Collate and present monthly Helpdesk & Front of House Reports. Be prepared to ‘muck in’, assist with daily cover, distribute post, telephone calls, etc Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising a busy facilities/client services helpdesk within a large Corporate environment. You will possess; · Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, timeliness and appropriateness to achieve a positive outcome · Ability to prioritise and plan work effectively to meet the expectations of internal and external clients · Good organisational skills, the ability to balance multiple deadlines twinned with developing good working relationships with staff from all offices across the Firm · General knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, up-to-date knowledge of general office Health and Safety · Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision · Act as a team player, supporting colleagues at all times
