Client Manager : Invoice Finance Oxfordshire £30,000 to £35,000 plus car and excellent benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established and highly regarded Invoice Finance company within their Client Operations team. This would represent a step forwards from Assistant Client Manager as you will manage your own portfolio. The successful candidate will have a portfolio of 35 to 45 key clients ensuring the provision of a high quality service and associated financing lending up to £200,000 whilst maintaining the security of finance made available. This role will be internally based and would suit a candidate looking for the next step in their career from an assistant managerial role to take on more responsibility. You will be responsible for: * Negotiate changes in terms and conditions with Clients and their advisors in accordance with company guidelines, and as relationship or security issues demand. * Monitor clients with respect to legal documentation and financial covenants, ensuring compliance with Credits Committee requirements and administration of the facility thereafter. * Recommend and implement solutions to any financial or administrative problems regarding Clients. * Make prepayments to Clients in accordance with approvals/procedures. * Ensure client receives appropriate level of service maximising client life. * Attend and participate in training, internal and external, as agreed or required * Any other duties, which may be allocated by the Directors from time to time. * Monitor Client security, maintaining and analysing financial statements, * Recommend and implement solutions to any financial or administrative problems regarding Clients.
