Our client continues to expand at their office on the edge of Market Harborough. They have over 23 years' experience of conveyancing in England and Wales. They have invested in the most innovative technology, and working together with their team of highly qualified property lawyers, are able to offer a dynamic high quality service. They pride themselves in providing a service to clients based on speed and professionalism. Their bespoke online case tracking system updates in real time allowing access to the matter 24/7. Due to their continued success they are looking for a Client Support Person. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a genuine passion to develop their career. They are seeking a team player with strong IT and administration expertise combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate needs to presentable and professional at all times. A brief outline of the duties that are required: -. - Answering the telephone of overflow calls from reception from the mainline number. - Post duties - opening the post in the morning including recorded deliveries and recording on our case management system. - Post completion duties to include applying for registration and sending title documents to the lender and client. - ID checks. - Initial client letters. - Applying for and chasing redemption figures. - Chasing mortgage funds. Due to their location, own transport is preferable. In applying provide a paragraph to 'sell yourself' into such a role.
