Experienced, dynamic and financially astute Chef Manager required for a corporate Head Office in Oxfordshire This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef Manager to take ownership of the site which offers freshly produced meals daily. As Chef Manager you will have full responsibility for running the day to day catering service feeding up to 300 coves a day, managing a team of 2 General Assistants.  The edgy cafe offers breakfast and lunch for the employees based on site using fresh food. Hospitality is by way of buffets and working lunches - with innovation high on the agenda be it a sandwich lunch or a plated dinner  The clientèle are cosmopolitan in nature therefore the menu can be varied to please a wide audience!The site has a good upbeat vibe, therefore as Chef Manager you will be client facing and engaging. As Chef manager you will be required to keep a high standard of food paying attention to detail, from a ll kitchen administration, accounts, health and safety as well as d riving sales. Our client does require a hands on Chef Manager both in the kitchen and office based. The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
