Job description:
JOB DUTIES : Preparing food for experienced Chefs within the kitchen team. Ensure high levels of food preparation and presentation are maintained. Working within a team to deliver excellent product quality in line with 4 star service delivery requirements. Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins and meeting financial targets. Ensuring excellent Environmental Health and Food Hygiene standards are maintained. OTHER INFO : Applicant must be aged 18+ due to working with sharp knives. Applications must include details of qualifications and experience to date and clearly state how candidates meet the set criteria. SALARY INFO : Salary will be arranged with employer.
