Improve and enhance customer experience through designing of the customer journey to ensure first class service and customer engagement. Support and manage Customer Service Team Managers in the identification of customer contact behaviour and any necessary routes to improvement. Responsible for the management, monitoring, tracking and analysis behind customer feedback, survey scores, satisfaction and NPS forward thinking and improvement strategies and action plans. n Responsible for working with RCA team to eliminate root cause of complaints and complex queries. Responsible for the tracking and effective management of Customer Service Cost to serve measure, for example cost per call, contact, case and how this is measured, tracked and ultimately improved through correct improvement plans being built and executed. The desirable candidate will have Proven Managerial experience within a recognised service brand Working knowledge of the Energy industry. A proven leader who can execute operational best practice to achieve service excellence Expert in the management of customer complaints. Proven strengths in leading, coaching and managing Customer focused leader with personal strengths of analysis, monitoring and tracking. Drive, enthusiasm and energy for improving process and procedures.
