Cell Leader / Team Leader Ashton-Under-Lyne 37 Hours per week £23,000 to £27,000 Dependent upon experience TM Resourcings Technical is currently seeking a Shift Team Leader/ Cell Leader on the behalf of our manufacturing client based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. This role is for a Cell Leader / Team Leader within their Production Assembly Department, reporting into the Factory Assembly Manager. This is a hands on supervisory role responsible for a manufacturing team in an electrical manufacturing assembly environment. The main responsibility will to oversee day to day manufacturing operations and to manage employees within the production team. Other responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards and high levels of performance whilst ensuring that internal procedures are adhered to. Departmental objectives are driven by the use of Key Performance Indicators and improvements. Essential skills: Excellent man-management and communication skills. Be able to demonstrate excellent Planning and organizational skills. Candidates must have supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Production assembly experience Electrical experience would be advantageous Desirable skills: Have a good Understanding of Process Flow production methodology and Lean Manufacturing techniques. ONC/A Level or equivalent qualification. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company at a time of expansion.
