If the hourly rate of pay for the post is less than the Scottish Local Government Living Wage Rate a supplement will be paid.   Requirements Duties include portion control, provision of special dietary meals as directed, bookkeeping, control of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen; ensuring maintenance and security of equipment, the direction and supervision of employees within the kitchen as required; and operation control of service.
