Case Management Developer. Must have Legal or insurance background with C#, SQL , Visual studios, VBA/Macros and MOS. This is a superb opportunity to join a top tier international law firm as a Case management developer with emphasis on either one of the following case management systems :. MatterSphere, VisualFiles, Axxia Caseman, ProLaw or a similar product. Our client is a global law firm that focuses on providing a complete legal service to clients in their core sectors. With over you will be working out of their modern London offices and reporting to the IT Manager. Your main responsibility would be for the day to day development, management and administration of case management systems and document templates. - Work closely with Project Managers to effectively oversee delivery of the solution. - Working with legal departments to develop new workflows / case plans to meet the changing needs of the business. - Ensure that all supporting documents are aligned to the case workflow, including any development of document templates. - Where necessary, assist the Service desk to diagnose and resolve problems with the case management systems and own such calls until resolution or escalation. - The deployment of upgrades/releases to any of the companies case management systems, including:. - Testing of upgrades/releases in a secured test environment. - Sign-off prior to deployment using change management process. - Deployment to appropriate users, including communication plan and training. Main accountability. - Planning and delivery of new deployments and amendments to case management systems, including workflows. - Provision of Management Information tools and schemes meet both internal and client requirements. - Maintenance of non-case management document templates. - Working with other members of the development team to plan and test delivery of related MI tools and integrations to other systems (DMS, PMS, etc.). Skills required of Candidate:. - It is ESSENTIAL that you have the correct experience delivering bespoke case management solutions in mid-to-large legal practice, including:. - An in depth knowledge of at least one legal case management systems (essential), e.g. MatterSphere, VisualFiles, Axxia Caseman, ProLaw or a similar product. - Strong knowledge of the core Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Visio and PowerPoint. - Extensive experience of the design, creation and deployment of Microsoft Word 2010 templates (Development of VBA/Macros essential, .Net). - Visual Studio, C# Development experience. - Understanding of iManage Filesite/WorkSite. - Work Flow Design. - Understanding of Legal systems and process (desirable). - SQL Server. - Understanding of the Software Development lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience of the design, creation and deployment of other Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, PowerPoint). - It is essential that you can clearly and effectively communicate in written and verbal English.
