Britannia Homecare, a leading provider of home care services in Surrey and surrounding areas are recruiting care workers in the Godstone area. JOB PURPOSE To enable service users to remain in their own homes by providing the support and care needed to help them achieve maximum independence. To work with service users to achieve outcomes, rather than working for them. To encourage service users to regain and retain their confidence all the while promoting their self-respect, dignity and well-being. To provide the highest standard of care provision every day of the year, including early mornings, evenings and bank holidays. The role of the Homecare Worker is to provide a service of care to service users to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This care service with involve a programme of personal care and household management that is personalised for each service user in the form of a care plan. Care plans will be built around the needs of the service user and will observe and respect the service users۪ dignity, privacy and independence as far as practical.
