Kensington Community Care is a leading domiciliary care agency providing care and support to vulnerable adults within their own home. Due to a large workload we have an urgent need for Home Care Assistants/ Home Care Workers based in and around the Bristol and South Gloucestershire areas. Previous experience is great, however is not essential as we provide full training for the role. Must have a car/moped. General duties of the Home Care Worker will include:ۢ Providing care to elders, disabled persons and others in the community with identified needs.ۢ General housekeeping, personal hygiene and providing meals.ۢ Assisting or prompting in medication.ۢ Weekly Shopping or transporting clients to various places. All tasks are dependant on the individual service user, full instructions and training will be provided prior to you commencing any work for our organisation. Benefits We offer a competitive salary of £8 per hour and a mileage allowance of 20p, with the option to progress your career with NVQ qualifications. Contracts offered after probation completed for full time staff.
