Interserve Healthcare is recruiting for Care Assistants who have the skills and experience to provide the absolute highest quality care to clients  with varying medical conditions and social needs. Rates of pay range from £7.50- £10.50 per hour, we can offer various shifts to suit you. What makes a Interserve Healthcare Care Assistant different is the complexity of care that you will provide to our clients within local Nursing and Residential homes, allowing you to diversify your skills and experience and work to your own availability.  We are currently expanding our team of Care Assistants who deliver care services across Thetford and surrounding areas. Our clients have varying medical conditions, who need your expertise in providing daily support and companionship.  We are looking for individuals who ; • Have 6 months experience in care or have successfully completed a Care Certificate  • Are able commit to regular hours • Have a caring and compassionate attitude • Are experience in manual handling • Are attentive, organised and can manage their own workload • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent relationship building skills We are able to offer you full or part time shifts to suit your current circumstances.  We are offering excellent pay rates and opportunities within our internal training academy.
