HOME CARE ASSISTANT Job description Spectrum Healthcare is a leading independent provider of complex care packages. As an employment agency we are continually looking for Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work within complex care packages in nursing homes and hospitals. Our clients have a range of nursing requirements therefore it is essential you have previous complex care experience with a range of ages and long term conditions. This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare assistants to join an established agency that focuses on delivering excellent care for the client by developing professional working relationships and providing stability to their ongoing care.
