An Interserve Healthcare Care Assistant enjoys flexibility of work, excellent rates of pay and a variety of client placements that separates us from many other healthcare providers on the market. Rates of pay range from £7.20 - £13.50 per hour, variety of shifts available What makes us different is the complexity of care we provide to our clients within their own homes, and we recruit only the highest quality of Care Assistants to support this level of care. We currently provide care and support to a male client living in his own home with an acquired brain injury. We are looking for Care Assistants who; • Have experience in dealing with complex care (PEG, seizures) • Can commit to regular hours • Have a caring and compassionate attitude • Are attentive, organised and can manage their own workload • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent relationship building skills We are seeking a dedicated care team to provide our client the care and social support he needs to live independently within his own home, we have various shifts available including,12hr and 3hr shifts, please contact us for more details.
