This forward thinking Prestige organisation through continued growth is looking for a Sales Manager to join their highly successful Dealership reporting to the Dealer Principal and General Sales Manager. Our Client represents a Brand renowned for excellence and they are looking for a true professionalism in every sense. A Successful Candidate will need to be able to show experience with the following: * Managing New and Used Retail car sales business, incorporating all the Companys products and services. * To review the financial situation, examining all accounts, daily and weekly operating controls and dealer composite figures and franchise/industry KPIs, taking corrective measures and actions as deemed necessary. * Achieve Manufacturers set unit targets. * Ensure Company HR policies are followed correctly. * To manage and coach the Transaction Managers to ensure that they implement fully and engage in the Retail sales process and that they are performing their key responsibilities and duties as laid down in their Job descriptions. Candidates will need to have outstanding drive, ambition, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills and be immaculately attired. The successful candidate will have significant and relevant retail Motor experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a challenging and fast paced automotive sales environment at management level. A full Driving Licence is essential as travel between sites will be required. In return for the correct skillset and Experience Our Client is offering an attractive package; this includes a Prestige Company car, Pension, Life Insurance and an attractive salary of up to £40,000 basic with an OTE of approx. £60,000 dependent upon experience.
