Salary: Up to £12,000 Basic, OTE £40,000 Per Annum Term: Full Time, Permanent Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Dynamic New/Used Car Sales Executive for Volume Franchise Car Dealer Due to business expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive within Our Clients Volume Franchise Car Sales Department in Gloucester! Job Specification: Working with a close-knit and friendly team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell new and used cars, accessories, finance, finance related products and warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advice customers of any delays. You are required to ensure demonstration vehicles are well maintained, clean and available at all times. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce customers to the Service Department team and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required. Applicant Specification: To succeed in this role you will need to have car sales experience (preferably within a volume franchise dealer environment), a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. Our client would also consider candidates with no car sales experience however they would require a strong track record in sales/customer service in order to be eligible. For your hard work our client is offering a basic salary of £12,000 with a realistic and uncapped OTE potential of £35-40,000+ per annum alongside a company vehicle, 24 days annual holidays allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked you shall gain a day off in lieu), full manufacturer training, pension scheme and fantastic long term career prospects with a growing manufacturer across the country. You are required to work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with a scheduled day off in the week agreed in advance and two late shifts until 6:30pm per week. You are also required to work 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday and 10:00am-4:00pm Sunday with only 1 in 2 Sundays required.
