A solution/consultative lead Business Development Manager opportunity has arisen with a leading Healthcare Waste Services Specialist in Leeds. The individual will be responsible for generating new business from a specific territory. Client Details. My client is a leading Healthcare Waste Specialist within the private and public sector. They also specialise in:. - patient transport,. - patient communications. - healthcare courier services. - compliance tools. - training. They deal with the likes of: Pharmaceutical Waste, Hazardous Waste, Dental Waste and Radioactive Waste to name a few. Description. This Business Development Manager will obtain new business and up-sell to current customers through proactive field sales activity. The Business Development Manager will also focus on developing tactical relationship with groups, corporate businesses and public sector organisations. An ability to cross sell and up sell will be essential for the role. Profile. The ideal candidate will ideally come from a B2B Business Development Manager/Field Sales role where a consultative/solution lead sales structure has been adopted. They will need to possess outstanding verbal, written and presenting skills, have the ability to build quick rapport and be used to working to realistic, challenging but rewarding targets. Job Offer. £28,000 to £32,000 + Car + OTE: £14,000.
