Key Accountabilities: *Play a key hands-on role in continuing to develop existing customer relationships by cross selling services and the development of new clients and revenue streams. *Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses. *Security, fire & electrical system technical & pricing input to the proposal and tender process, delivery of tender submissions * Ensure delivery of all quotes and estimates to internal and external customers within agreed time frames *Liaison with site supervisors to ensure all variations/additional works are being priced in a timely manner and variation orders are being placed by client * Source and management of subcontractors and direct labour teams to ensure execution of preferred products and installation methods * Liaison with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiating best prices and procurement of plant and materials The ideal candidate will have a senior sales background with a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the electrical, fire & security industry and a proven track record in developing new business within the M&E, FM and electrical contractors market sector along with extensive experience in designing Security, Fire & Electrical system installations and methods of delivering projects to client requirements.
