This successful UK based law firm has continued to build a strong reputable brand within the market and now requires a BD Manager to lead and deliver a first class BD & marketing service to develop the firms consultancy offering. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for growing the non-legal consultancy arm of the firm. You will be a key contact to consultants, partners and the wider business, identifying business opportunities, implementing new initiatives, building strong relationships and using effective marketing tools and pitching skills to spread awareness of the service. This project has all the fundamentals in place so it presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in its growth as well as handling the BD for an existing sector within the firm. This is a business facing role where consistent communication with internal members of staff and external clients is vital. The successful candidate will have proven BD & Marketing experience in a fast paced environment, preferably legal, professional services or consultancy background. You will have the ability to think analytically, be creative to suggest new ideas, assume responsibility for implementing and managing projects and possess very strong organisation skills.
