Business Development Manager / Sales Executive - outsourced Health services to the NHS. A market leading company with over 25 providing services designed to ensure the best possible patient care is provided across a full range of musculoskeletal conditions. These include Physiotherapy, Clinical Assessment, Pain Management, Diagnostics, Rheumatology and Orthopaedic solutions. With a track record of delivering innovative care solutions for sufferers of MSK conditions this exciting company is a leading light pioneering preventative treatment solutions. - Vacancy One - London and the South East. - Vacancy Two - East and West Midlands. - £40-50k Basic Salary / Excellent OTE / Car and all usual Corporate Benefits. Role -. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for evaluating all NHS Trusts and CCG's on their territory to identify and effectively deliver sales revenue based around services offered. The role involves working closely with key decision makers within the primary care market and CCG's to identify strategies to promote patient wellbeing and negate the need for surgical interventions in the acute setting. The sales message will focus on delivering tangible returns on investment (ROI) for the Trust / CCG AND offering the best care solution for patients - forming a hugely compelling case for outsourced preventative action. While sales are made in the primary sector champions are needed for the service from the acute environment (consultants) and business can be packed as a broader solution with other private healthcare providers. The role will involve challenging key opinion leaders and partnering clinical professionals to educate them regarding the clinical and cost benefits. As such successful sales will often be made over a relatively long term and involve presentations and tender submissions. Key to this role is the ability to understand and influence clinical pathway. Candidate -. Candidates will have a proven track record of selling within the medical market - dealing with and influencing across the CCG (Primary) and Acute (Hospital Setting). Candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability of sell based not only on product but on service, value add and Return on Investment. These sales will involve high level presentation and tenders (not necessarily writing tenders but contributing and influencing). It is important candidates are able to manage a longer term sales process and show evidence of developing long terms strategic relationships with key opinion leaders. The sales person will be able to drive change and influence. The ability to influence clinical pathway is very important. It would be beneficial if candidates have experience working in conjunction with other private healthcare providers such as Spire, InHealth etc. It is important that all candidates are smart, professional, target focused and able to influence at a high level.
