Business Developement Manager £25k-30K basic salary £45k-£50k OTE in the first year PLUS: Laptop, car, car fuel card, phone, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension plan and health care. My client is an exciting, forward thinking global business within their sector. They are one of the leading out door advertising providers in the UK, and their digital community connects over 70 million people and they are recruiting for a Classified Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The role: Creating, developing & maintaining relationships Respond to customer emails, to identify & understand client needs and up-sell appropriate advertising solutions To accurately record information the company requires for market awareness, statistical analysis and revenue To fully understand and be able to communicate to our customers, our product & solutions portfolio and pricing structure. To make outbound sales calls to potential Clients advising them on advertising options and maximising advertising revenues. To share any useful market intelligence with colleagues in the classified sales team and/or the strategic sales team To cover sales calls on classified colleagues behalf as appropriate due to sickness/absence. To meet all publishing deadlines as appropriate. To focus on achieving group or individual sales targets The candidate: Previous experience within a media or recruitment sales environment Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential A strong team player with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales revenues The ability to devise creative cross-portfolio marketing solutions Excellent presentation skills with a consultative sales approach £25k-30K basic salary £45k-£50k OTE in the first year PLUS: Laptop, car, car fuel card, phone, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension plan and health care.
