Business Development Manager Salary: OTE £70,000 - £100,000 Based Aldermaston Our client is the UK’s leading energy efficiency solutions provider. They are seeking loyal and driven Business Development Managers to join their fast paced sales team based in Aldermaston near Reading, with travel throughout the UK. Could this be you? If you are right for them you will be able to hit the ground running and demonstrate your ability to bring in business from day 1. You will possess the finesse to develop and grow longstanding relationships with clients in order to gain repeat business, and the flexibility to managing multiple clients at any one time. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of closing business with exposure to the renewable energy sector, ideally within CERT and ECO. You should be comfortable engaging with customers, even closing deals, over the phone as well as face to face. You will have an eye for detail that can complete pre-qualifying requirements on bids. Obviously, you will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work on your own initiative. Their expectations might be high, but so are their rewards, with an uncapped commission structure the sky is the limit to your earning potential. Successful candidates may be subject to the Company's verification and vetting process, this includes a basic criminal record check.
