Position: Business Development Executive (Field Based) Salary: Up to £30,000 + £5,000 car allowance & uncapped commission Location: North East Our client provides cost savings for businesses on all their variables, costs. From Energy procurement, energy & water management to fire safety, telecoms and insurance. As a result of the creation of a new Partnership Channel they are seeking to recruit Business Development Executives across the UK. The purpose of this role will be to develop and secure new business and increase the company’s market share. This role is initially 100% new business focused and will have the support of an internal sales team to work with you in generating leads and closing business. Key responsibilities include: - • Develop and maintain a network of business clients and a sales pipeline from within your geographical territory • Attend network meetings, exhibitions and regional events to present our client • Evaluating customer requirements & presenting them with the best solutions from their product range • Scoping & closing new business opportunities & follow up of internal and external leads • Gather market intelligence on competitor activity • Achieve sales targets and KPI’s Candidates skills and experience: - • At least 2 years’ sales B2B experience in a business services sector • Customer focussed, able to build trust and establish long-term relationships • Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets • A great new business developer and excellent account management skills • A good network of business contacts • Excellent presentation skills If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to further your sales career with an ambitious company with exceptional experience in the energy sector we would like to hear from you.
