Job Title: Business Development Manager Industry: BIM Design Software, CAD Software, BIM (Building Information Modelling) Location: UK Wide Package: Basic salary of £40,000 to £50,000 + OTE of £70,000 + Car/Car Allowance, Laptop + Phone The Role: In the role of a Business Development Manager you will be expected to develop new business and manage existing customers by selling an award winning portfolio of Design Software into your assigned territory. The key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager are to expand the existing customer base as well as managing accounts in a field based capacity. You will be targeting customers in the Construction, Architectural, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Building Services industry selling a whole suite of BIM and CAD Software, (3-D Modelling Software, Data Management, PLM and BIM Technology). The candidate: As a Business Development Manager you will need to be a self-motivated team player that is used to exceeding goals and revenue expectations. The Ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of BIM Software or CAD Software with the ability to be a strategic thinker with proven consulting and interpersonal skills. It would be beneficial if the candidate has a background in engineering, or an engineering degree and it is essential for the candidate to have a full UK Drivers Licence. The Package As a Business Development Manager you will receive a basic salary of £40,000- £50,000 + excellent benefits such as a Car/Car Allowance, Laptop, Pension and Phone and a lucrative commission structure with a realistic OTE of £70,000.
