The role requires extremely close and ongoing collaboration with Technical Architects and Developers so an empathy with technologists would be highly advantageous. They use agile methodologies for all software projects, typically based on Scrum or Kanban, using multi-disciplined teams co-located and practice continuous delivery. They regularly experiment with new web technologies and ways of working so getting complacent is not an option!. Required skills:. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with good knowledge of Agile / Scrum. - Experience of working with stakeholders and Product Owners to help prioritise requirements based on a variety of factors from both a technical and business perspective. - Experience of evaluating requirement objectives and benefits to ensure their quality, their alignment to business outcome metrics and the ability to measure and track. - Enthusiastic personality and a real team player.
