Business Administration Apprentice. Kidderminster. 40 hours per week. First year rate - £6,882.86 per annum. 24 Month Fixed-Term Contract. Our client operates an award winning apprenticeship programme which is helping many young people find different routes into work. They are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join their organisation. You will train as an administrator and carry out a variety of duties including:. * Filing, photocopying, data processing. * Accurate preparation of documents and correspondence. * Receive incoming and make outgoing calls. * Effective processing of invoices. * Provide catering assistance for meetings and training courses. You may undertake these duties across a number of Departments within the organisation, to gain experience of each. You will need good literacy and numeracy skills and be familiar with Microsoft packages and generally confident with new IT. Some experience of office administration would be an advantage. You will be part of a small dedicated team that provides a high quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and their customers. You will be expected to be able to achieve a level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) in Maths and English as part of your Level 2 apprenticeship.
