Brand Communications Manager - Hospitality Operator - Job Summary We are currently recruiting for a talented Brand Communications Manager for a leading hospitality operator based in London. You are likely to have 5 in a consumer marketing role. Your remit will be to lead a communications strategy that changes the customers thoughts on the business and allow the customer to receive a positive view of the brand creating new customers and loyalty from existing customers. Brand Communications Manager - Hospitality Operator - Role Responsibility Manage the website to effectively communicate the brand positioning whilst ensuring the easiest customer experience Deliver impactful marketing campaigns for site openings to ensure they have maximum awareness from day Develop and deliver the marketing tools (PR, promotions, local social media activity and tactical partnerships to drive awareness and footfall to the restaurant) Develop and deliver PR strategy including identifying and sourcing right agency support Develop the Social Media Strategy and manage the implementation through the Assistant Brand Communications Manager Bring to life the brand positioning for customers through Website, PR, Social and in restaurant materials Work with the marketing director to agree the strategy for paid/owned and earned media, moving on to creating strong and effective plans, over-seeing delivery, tracking success and reporting back to the board on next steps Ensuring all materials internally and externally are on brand, are relevant for customers and compelling to effect change Brand Communications Manager - Hospitality Operator - The Ideal Candidate Working in a fast paced customer facing environment Service brand and/or hospitality experience desirable Working independently and through agencies to evolve initial ideas to find unique activities Manage agencies to gain best creative output, maximum exposure & engagement as well as value for money Updating functional and brand aspects of websites Using initiative to seek out opportunities and resolve problems Experience of new ideas and enthusiasm to annual calendar programme Minimum 5 in a consumer marketing role Marketing degree educated or equivalent Detail2Leisure is acting as an employment agency.
