We currently have an opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team in Plymouth.As a Branch Manager, you’ll build a healthy, profitable and sustainable business by focusing on three key areas: people, safety and sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for using all resources to drive sales and profitability forward for the branch, whilst ensuring customers experience a consistently high level of service.You’ll work closely with your team to ensure the branch achieves its targets by identifying and maximising all sales opportunities, whilst maintaining compliance with procedures. You’ll ensure operational efficiency in carrying out all customer orders and be responsible for co-ordinating local promotional activity. You’ll be an effective leader who achieves results through coaching, developing and performance managing your team. You will be commercially minded with a good knowledge of warehouse, logistics, administrative and health & safety procedures. You will have excellent communication skills and be committing to delivering the very best customer service.
