As business continues to grow, a Branch Customer Advisor is now required to help contribute towards our clients growing success. You’ll be based at their offices in the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire and this is a full-time permanent position, following a successful probation period. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: • Customer Service experience • Good communication • Positive 'can do' attitude • Sales experience desirable • Team player The successful candidate will be self-starter/problem solver with ability to work using own initiative Within this position, you’ll also be: • Actively promoting the Society, its products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to the customers and other external business contacts • Selling the Society products and services (including products offered in association with various partners) to match customer needs • Giving quality administration and processing of customer accounts Salary & Working Hours Salary is £16,523 Working hours are Monday – Friday (35 hours per week) There is an expectation of working 2-3 Saturdays per month with paid overtime.  Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Sales, HR, Marketing, Finance and Office support.
