Role Responsibility:. As a steward you will be helping in all manners of ways including, but not limited to:. Ticket Checking. Directing patrons. Crowd monitoring. Hospitality and Car Park Stewarding. Providing general guidance to the public. "My job varies from event to event, every shift is different. The best part of the job for me is the other people that I get to work with, everyone is cool. We get to mix with other employees from other offices and of course the customers. You get to chat to lots of people and it is a constant learning curve for me as Im constantly learning new things from the interaction with different people from different countries and cultures."  Aydarous. Ideally you will have customer service experience with a common sense approach to working with the public. You will need to demonstrate a friendly and approachable yet professional attitude through excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Flexibility is also important as shifts can fall on evenings and weekends. You are only required to complete one application to work for G4S Events throughout the UK.
